In most educational systems, safety is often understood as the control of risk: through rules, management, and external protective mechanisms, danger is to be minimized as much as possible. Yet in the real world, human beings always live amid uncertainty and change. Natural environments, social relationships, and life trajectories can never be fully controlled or predicted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education, therefore, is not only the transmission of knowledge and skills, but a long-term process of capacity formation. When individuals can understand their own condition, regulate body and mind, recognize boundaries, and assume responsibility for themselves, others, and the environment, safety is no longer merely the result of external control. Within this educational perspective, safety is no longer understood simply as the avoidance of danger. Rather, it is the capacity to continue adjusting, discerning, and acting, even after coming to understand oneself and the conditions of one\u2019s environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
