Course Overview

The Deepening stage invites children to let the heart settle and the water become clear. As they move into deeper water, they practice finding their own balance and breathing rhythm amid flow. When they learn to breathe steadily and move continuously in deep water, they begin to face inner unease and fear, while practicing how to remain clear and open within change.

“Settling” symbolizes not only physical steadiness but also emotional grounding and resilience. This stage encourages inward exploration—understanding that stability arises from the harmony of body and mind. In the embrace and challenge of water, children practice realignment, courage, and curiosity, discovering confidence through experience.

| When the mind is steady, the world becomes clear. |

Concept and International Alignment

This program integrates human rights education, emotional health, and risk prevention into primary-level aquatic learning, forming a practical model that unites safety, empathy, and self-regulation. It enhances not only water safety and response capacity but also guides children in emotional regulation, social interaction, and identity development.

Anchored in Original Habitat™, the course takes natural habitats as learning environments, cultivating self-awareness, self-rescue, self-protection, and self-discipline through immersive experience, while bringing human rights education into practice in everyday life. Its framework aligns with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the WHO LIVE LIFE and INSPIRE strategies—creating a cross-cultural pathway for 21st-century children’s rights and drowning-prevention education.
